You can exchange and return your items in under three minutes thanks to the convenience they have provided.
For U.S. orders:
They value their business above everything else, thus they want you to be delighted with your purchase! 60 days after receiving an order, they accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that is unworn, unclean, or faulty.
All US exchanges will be free of charge and come with a prepaid mailing label. A refund in the form of shop credit or a credit back to the original payment method are also options for returns. For foreign orders, they do not currently offer free return shipping or refunds on customs or tariffs at this time.

Free Return Label – Online Credit
This is a great option if you know you’ll be purchasing something in the near future but aren’t exactly sure what you want. Right here, right now, is your greatest bet.
Refund – A Small Fee for a Return Label (return)
Once your return is received at their warehouse, a credit will be applied to the original mode of payment. They will deduct the cost of shipping it back to you from your refund.
The following shall be kept in mind while returning an order:
Make sure you return or exchange anything that has not been cleaned, worn, or has its original hang tags attached, otherwise it may be rejected.
There are no returns on personalized items.
Returns may be adjusted if the original items are not in new condition when they are returned.
Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged.
When the return or exchange is complete, they will send you an email to let you know.
They do not reimburse you for the shipping fees you paid when you first placed your transaction.
Customs and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees are out of our hands, as they vary from nation to country, and we have no way of knowing what they will be.
Please add a return/exchange instruction message with the following information:
- Order Identifier, i.e., order number.
- Are you returning it or exchanging it for something else?
- Exchange for the item you wish to buy.
Shipping and handling times:
95 percent of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days! There is always a priority for overnight, second-day, and overnight orders. On the weekends, there is no shipment. Even if the order is placed on a weekend or a US holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.
10 a.m. PST deadline for overnight, second-day, priority, and DHL Worldwide Express orders ensure same-day delivery. After that period, there will be no shipping for purchases.
