How To Cancel Order Zenni Optical

156

In the United States, Zenni Optical is one of the most popular retailers of eyeglasses and accessories. When compared to the price of high-end designer eyeglasses, they offer significant discounts to consumers. However, with the ease of placing an order for new eyeglasses online comes the question of how to cancel an existing Zenni order. If you have any further issues regarding canceling a Zenni order, this article is here to help!

How to cancel a Zenni Purchase

When ordering eyeglasses online, you may run into issues with the lenses being produced specifically for your prescription. To put it another way, Zenni can’t just transfer work that’s already been started on your lenses to another customer if you decide to cancel a purchase. Because of this, Zenni only allows you to cancel or amend your order for a full refund within 24 hours of making it. Before your product has been sent, you can cancel your order for store credit or a 50% refund to your payment account after the 24-hour cancellation period has expired. Your 30-day return policy begins once Zenni ships your product.

When Cancelling a Zenni Optical Order, Consider the Risks

Zenni Optical’s customers have a major problem when canceling an order: Zenni has already started making their replacement lenses, therefore they cannot get a complete refund. It’s best to cancel your Zenni order as soon as possible if you don’t want it. Returning the finished glasses for a full shop credit (excluding shipping) or a half-refund is your only other choice (also excluding shipping).

How to Get a Zenni Return Label

There are no prepaid return labels provided by Zenni for their eyeglasses. If the problem with your glasses is due to a manufacturing fault on the part of Zenni, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs, but if this is the case, Zenni will reimburse this amount (up to $2.50). For Zenni to send you a return label:

  • Get in touch with Zenni’s customer service within 30 days of getting your eyeglasses and request a replacement.
  • You’ll receive an RMA number from Zenni (RA).
  • Take a photocopy of your eye doctor’s prescription and put it in the hard plastic case that came with the glasses. Note the return authorization number and explain why you’re sending it back.

As soon as Zenni receives and inspects your glasses, they’ll send you an email. As soon as Zenni receives your returned items, it will execute a refund or store credit for you.
