All Warby Parker products can be returned after 30 days of purchase, excluding gift cards and trial packs. In that time frame, you can return the following items:

Eyewear Contact lenses in their original, unopened packing

Contact lenses that don’t fit properly

Arriving with scratched or broken lenses

Damaged picture frames

A free replacement for scratched eyeglass and sunglass lenses is available for 365 days from the date of purchase. At any Warby Parker retail location, you can also obtain assistance with fixing or replacing broken or misaligned frames, nose pads, or screws.

Returns are accepted by mail and at any of Warby Parker’s 144 U.S. stores.
